Terms of Service

1. The Service

Onto OS provides tools for transformational coaching, including game plans, worksheets, journaling, reflections, practices, session tracking, calendar scheduling, and AI-assisted insights. The service is provided for personal development purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we believe are being misused.

3. The Coaching Relationship

The app supports your coaching engagement with your coach. Coaching is a forward-looking, goal-oriented process; it is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and your coach is not acting as a licensed mental health provider through this app. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Any AI-generated reflections or summaries are supportive tools, not professional advice — use your own judgment and consult your coach before acting.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in the app (journal entries, game plans, reflections, wins, etc.). You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide and improve the service to you, including processing it through AI and integration providers as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you submit and agree not to submit anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Payments

• Some features or coaching packages require payment. Fees are displayed before you commit.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal) or by methods you arrange directly with your coach (check, Zelle).
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as agreed with your coach.
• You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method you provide for the fees you incur.

6. Integrations

The app may connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You are responsible for what you authorize us to access, and you can disconnect any integration from your account settings at any time.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app — for example, by attempting to access another user's data, disrupting the service, submitting harmful content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose. We may take action against accounts that violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, methodology content, and software are owned by Michael Paone and/or Base44 and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose. Coaching methodology content is provided for your personal use and may not be redistributed.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your situation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Paone and Base44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on coaching content or AI output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. On termination, your right to use the app ends, though your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
