Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a one-way hash).
• Profile & coaching data: game plans, intentions, breakthrough worksheets, journal entries, reflections, wins, practice logs, session notes, and related content you create or your coach records about you.
• Calendar data: if you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events (create, view, update) only to schedule and manage commitments you request. We do not read or store your calendar contents beyond what is needed for those actions.
• Meeting data: if you connect Zoom, we may import session recordings, transcripts, and documents associated with your coaching sessions.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or other methods you choose (check, Zelle). We do not store your full card or bank account numbers — those are handled by the payment processor.
• Usage data: standard technical logs (device, browser, approximate location, interaction events) used to keep the service running and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide your coaching experience — game plans, worksheets, reflections, practices, and session tracking.
• To generate AI-assisted reflections and summaries based on your entries, using language model providers. Content you write may be sent to these providers to produce a response; it is not used to train models about you.
• To schedule calendar events and import meeting content when you connect those services.
• To process payments and deliver related communications (receipts, invoices, enrollment).
• To send you coaching-related messages, nudges, and weekly reviews you have opted into.
• To operate, secure, and improve the platform.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with service providers that help run the app, and only as needed:

• Base44 — hosts the app, database, authentication, and backend functions.
• Stripe & PayPal — process payments.
• Google — calendar integration you explicitly connect.
• Zoom — meeting and recording import you explicitly connect.
• Language model providers — generate AI reflections and summaries.
• Resend / email infrastructure — delivers email from the app.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data only when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the service.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Base44's hosted infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to your records is governed by row-level security so that only you and your coach can see your private coaching content. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

5. AI Processing

Some features use AI to reflect your entries back to you (for example, journal insights, daily tuning, and weekly reviews). These tools read your content to produce a response and do not retain it for model training. AI output is supportive, not professional advice — always use your own judgment.

6. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & export: you can view your data within the app at any time.
• Disconnect integrations: you can disconnect Google Calendar or Zoom at any time from your account settings.
• Notifications: you can adjust or turn off email and in-app nudges in your account settings.
• Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and coaching data by contacting your coach.

7. Data Retention

We keep your coaching data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records (such as payment records) for legal or tax purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
